To give yourself enough time to put together a high-quality application, we recommend that you start working on the various letters and documents as early as the beginning of the new academic year in September, i.e., 4 months before the deadlines. The objective being to apply before Christmas.

Key dates to remember:

• Objective: apply before Christmas
• Oxford, Cambridge or Medicine in England: 15 October
• Early decision in the USA: 1^st November
• UCAS, Bocconi and most universities: end of January
• Business Administration in the Netherlands: 15 January
• Special cases: IE, ESADE, EHL: applications are open at all times. To be among the first to apply, you must do so before the end of February
• ESCP: applications can be made every month, but like the others, if you want to be among the first, aim for the February deadline at the latest.

Evidently, this means that you need to have already thought about what you want to study and in which countries, to draw up a proper timetable to suit your different priorities.

How does it work?

Aurélie, our university coach, starts by elaborating a tailor-made university selection strategy with the student. She then guides students through all the stages of the admissions process. She will also help students to showcase their academic achievements through a Personal Statement or covering letter. Whether it’s a bachelor’s degree in Business, History of Art, Biotechnology or Sociology…, her role is to encourage students to develop their ideas in a coherent and relevant way, to obtain a fluid and punchy text. Of course, the workload involved must also be considered, so that it is compatible with the student’s current course of study!
